Polythiophene/zinc oxide (PTP/ZnO) nanocomposites were synthesized by in-situ polymerization of thiophene in the presence of various amounts of ZnO nanoparticles. The properties of the nanocomposites were investigated by Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and scanning electron microscope (SEM) techniques, wich proved the polymerization of thiophene and strong interaction between polythiophene and zinc oxide nanoparticles . The electrical properties of the nanocomposites were investigated by four-point probe instrument
