خلاصه مقاله:
The purpose of this research is designing an appropriate method for electrospinning gelatin (GL) solutions contain hydroxyapatite (HA). The GL solution containing 10% HA nanoparticles (GLHA10) and 20% HA nanoparticles (GLHA20), were electropun. Solution concentration and the voltage were changed to achieve the optimal values for the production of the appropriate nanofibers. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed ultrafine nanofibers are given at 13% and 20Kv with diameters 250± 30nm for GLHA10 and for LHA20 optimum operation condition is 13% and 22Kv with diameters 190± 30nm. According to these results, this method is proposed as a good method for electrospun GLHA.
