The experiments were carried out to study of effects of clinoptilolite Zeolite on rainbow trout organs in vitro. The studies were run by water static method during 144 hours. 10 groups of fish with the average weight 15 g were encountered with different concentrations (10, 15g/l) of clinoptilolite Zeolite. A group of fish considered as control. Samples for Histopathological examination were taken from gill, liver and kidneys. There were signs of hyperplasia and epithelial cells necrosis of gills by observations, when fish were exposed 15 g/l concentration of Zeolite. So, there were any disease for kidney and liver.
