Abstract:

Septage is sludge(liquid & solid), that pumped out of septic tanks, cesspool, portable toilet,… and including 96-99% water and a few amount heavy metals,N,P, and grease. In this paper different survey methods of collection, treatment and disposal of septage to according environmental standard and recent information have presented. The since product sources and variable quality of septage, necessary to measure to according national standards, until prevent environmental pollution.
