Abstract:

Rainbow trout, incubator, incubation period, heavy metal, dry weight Two incubators with same condition as experiment unit were selected which one incubator as experimental incubator with approximately 60000 eggs and another one (control incubator) without any eggs. Then percentage of studied heavy metals in each egg dry weight and variation of these elements between input and discharge water of both incubators was measured during an incubation period weekly basis. Change of concentration percentage for the studied elements in per Rainbow trout egg dry weight in different stages of an incubation period was respectively in first to fifth stages, Mn 183×10-6±19×10-6, 298×10-6±17×10-6, 375×10-6±17×10-6, 385×10-6±15×10-6 and 389×10-6±15×10-6 Fe 379×10-5±16×10-5, 448×10-5±21×10-5, 492×10-5±23×10-5, 586×10-5±12×10-5 and 626×10-5±11×10-5. The results of this study showed significant differences in studied heavy metals concentration with increasing trend between different stages of the incubation period in each rainbow trout egg dry weight (P<0.05)
