Are we prepared against natuaral disaster? What's about health preparing?

Abstract:

Natural disaster in particular earth caused some changes in human life. If we are not prepared it caused mortality or at lost morbidity. In addition it caused social economical; and mental damages. Every day the natural disaster could be occurred in different part of the word and cause economical damages as well as causing mortality and morbidity on human.Some of natural disaster are very serious and causes many difficulty on human life in part of the glob , i.e Tsunami in South East Asia (2005) Bam earth quake in Iran(2004 ) and Pakistan earthquake (Oct 2005). Natural disaster and accidents are occurred one by one just one question remains in our mind; are we prepared against natural disaster in particular against possible Tehran earthquake in the future? Are we prepared for health reaction against natural disaster or not?
