Introduction on available ways in assessment of damages after incidents

Abstract:

Assessment is one parts of critic management that have direct effect on deciding and suitable programming and supervision on answering operation. Assessment of needing and resources is needing in all of the incidents and are done in all determined parts after incidents in helping and deliverance in some stages of reconstruction. The aim of the paper is knowing the bases of assessment the incident and providing the information in the method of programming and designing and effective assessment after natural incidents. Totally, assessment of incidents is consist of collecting and analysis of concerning information with the incidents and answering to them. The aim of knowing these information is finding some details about the incident and the needing of the people in incident and defining the available resources for answering to needing. Accurate assessment of damages, hazards after incident are need to programming and true done of operation. This paper in the first part define the assessment and different parts of that and are provided the matters that are surveyed in assessment and the way of assessment and the available methods for its done. And in the other parts the importance of knowing the people that are used the assessment and different models of assessment and benefits and problems are surveyed and in the end part they point to the importance index for doing a successful assessment. This paper are written with making use of the recourses look like: USAID, SPDRP, UNDP, and the subjects of the critic management lessens of VISKANSIN university in U.S.A .
