Schedule of managing the natural critics in IRAN and the other countries

Abstract:

Totally the word of critic was used in concern with the some -------natural phenomenon includes natural incidents that are find from geology factors look like( ---------, earthquake, ---------) and natural incidents from the weather factors look like ( ---, ------, -------, --------, --------, ---) but with the industrialization of people society this word are used for big damages look like nuclear power plant of chernobil and boopall in Indian or in rail incidents in the expend of exploring the substation that transfer chemical materials in KHAYAM station and even use for the 11 OF September incidents.But define the critical condition are different for each country and organization with looking at the amount of the hazards and expensive damages. With looking at the statistics in passed 27 years 3.6 million people are died in natural hazards and 3 milliard people are damaged and the amount of expenses hazards is more than 240 milliard dollar. Statistic show that the natural hazards are going to improve and the amount of them reach to 4.1 rate among the 1990-2002 years and the rate of the people that died is 6.9, the people that hazards 5.2, and the expensive hazards 38 rate. In these statistic the damages from the big industrial incidents do not concerns in front of the hazards of natural incidents. These statistis show the importance of the management of natural incidents but we must point to these that the properties of managing the critics in the different condition are similar to each other.
