The concept of natural crisis and its consequence police approach

Abstract:

Human in the period of history from the time that start the society living the importance instrument that they want from the development was safety thus classifying must be answer to this needing of people in providing the personally and society safety. One of the peoples importance needing in the time of hazards and emotion the damages is this that the safety forces can be in the place immediately and with doing the best operation in canceling the hazard be effective. Classifying in the crisis of the incidents has 2 axes: society classification and society knowing the classification that each of them has hardwearing and software looking in classification.This paper try to gave the properties and elements that are effected in providing the safety in the crisis of the natural disasters for having a best seen of the nationality helping.
