The role of education in assistance and deliverance

Abstract:

Natural disaster can hail as importance problem of the human life specially in the countries to development. Base on the statistics in the world in 20 passed years more than 3 million people are died because of the natural disasters and life of more than 1 milliard people are effected. In a perfect looking they divided these disasters to 2 parts that are consist of: natural phenomenon and the disasters that human provide them. The amount of the disasters in the developed countries show the more disasters are of the first selection (natural disasters). Among the disasters we say calamity to the disasters that divided the society and has many dieing amount and environmental and expensive damage and comparison with that is not easy. Effects of this disasters can be after that. The expenses of the natural disasters are more than the thing that seems in primary part and the maximum amount of the produces of the countries to developing are used for the natural disasters. If assesst the natural phenomenon before and after of its coming in all pats suitable ready for that decrease the amount of the damage. One of the importance instrument in this way is education. Discussing in the education is in 3 expended parts. One of the appointed samples for preventing with disasters is education of assistance and deliverance that are given to the people. The importance point is that the helping operations need to special education and need to knowledge. From the way that in the time of the disasters people are the mans that come to the place of disaster and helps to hazards people . do not knowing them provide the problems and have program . this paper try to show the educational way in this way.
