One of the importance plague that societies are seen with that and gave many expensive and losses is the plague of ---- management and far from the strength and the ability of preventing front the crisis. With the estimating that Japanese done they will have an earthquake with the intensity of 8 Richter in next 20 years and for readiness with this phenomenon that any body and any knowledge could not say the accurate time of its coming, they do every thing that can decrease the effects of that earthquake. There is a problem? Where are The help groups in the time of crisis? Are they ready for helping to the people or they go near their families? Or in the time of earthquake the hospitals can be available to accept the hazard people? And in the end BEHESHT ZAHRA has the ability to accept the died mans? In management and auditioning of earthquake there are some problems that need to many hours of managing and programming. This paper try to aware every body from this problem and will have question about the auditioning of earthquake that with an assessment we can estimate the condition of Tehran after the earthquake and the problems that will be in that time.The experience showed that our managers has sinus inspection in front of earthquake and maximum helping of them back to the 1 or 2 month after earthquake and the attempt for decreasing the hazards of earthquake go to down and till the time that any earthquake do not come the attempt go to zero.
