Abstract:

Iran country is known as a seismic region. With this explain the internal damaging look like poorness and instability of structures the improving of the crowd and its accumulation in the city culturing and social problems, destroying the environment and non of the education are increased the amount of losses and do hard the police dimension. Police force in these crisis has a effect design in safety and deliverance and with providing the safety has good effect for the deliverance programs. In this way its tried to explain the things that can help the police force and people in the helping and deliverance procedures.
