Abstract:

human from the primary days of his life see the many natural hazards that one of the importance of them is earthquake and each have many economical hazards and many amount of people are died. The earthquake is a crisis that come suddenly and menace the people life and bring many hazards to human society in the condition that preventing of that need to many forces and ability and equipment. Crisis management is the way of preventing of earthquake. This paper try to explain the best programming in front of earthquake with explain a defining of crisis and management of crisis.
