Abstract:

Great part of safety management is related to rescue & firefighting services and its organization. Lack and shortage of number of fire stations, water pumps, equipments, human resources and their skills and knowledge , public information, height & density & texture of city and its constructions . Assessment the most important indicators must be the first priorities in urban management.
