Abstract:

The more amount of disasters in IRAN is the reason that this country is one of the 10 countries that has more disasters. Su of developing the technology the human take damage in front of the disasters look like flood, earthquake, and natural disasters. Many important cities in IRAN look like Tehran that is the economical and political center is in front of the hazard of the earthquake. One of the light thing is that preventing before accident is important and cheep and is in front of the helping after disaster because of this the importance work is been ready for contacting with disasters and using that for helping to the families in time of the hazards. This paper try to survey the opinion of the Tehran peoples to know that how much they know the effect of the primary helping. The used method in this paper is squaring method. Selecting the parameters is done with making use of the questions. The parameters are surveyed with SPSS soft ware. The main question of this paper is this that how much people think that knowing the primary helping is useful and how much they know these methods?
