Management of traffic disaster in the earthquake

Abstract:

After earthquake because of damaging the structures and settlement of the earth some of the communication roads will be closed with the other seen helping operation traffic and water transferring and police evacuation of region and the outside helps in the time of crisis increase the needing to communication roads. Selecting the information of roads and , defining the communication roads and distributing of them with the condition of region, analysis of available abilities and primarily of them are importance parts in traffic managements. The reasons of closing the communication roads and creation the traffic after earthquake and giving some methods for controlling the traffic are some of the subjects that are explained in this paper. In the first part designing the net of life rods are done with looking at the amount of the needing in the regions. It is light that the selecting the information and construction operation after crisis need to expanded researches. Designing the communication roads can have a big effect in helping.
