Abstract:

Nowadays, the importance of factors that their name is life arterial are perceptible. Special in Iran which happen vary earthquake, necessarily , the protection effective and the safe of this factor after earthquake were happen , today will be most importance of this paper, we give you for example , are pipe of water. The probable shock after sesmo which cause of shock to this pipe and the effective in urban huge such as Tehran and the work for prevention of sesmo, and program in short and long period for prevention is our problem which we are encounter then. In the whole, they us to management with minimum error , to make a better decision which which with this work, we see in future, minimum of loss and desolation! In this paper, we try to show how to manage in crisis of water urban in farther level till local, and assessment (evaluate). The ways that help us for assistance and planning water network. There for, because of water is an important element for life, suppose that, the study for a this state and evaluate the point of event and transfer it of danger point and implement perfect comparative study and improvement conditions and in the end seismic are our aim in this paper .
