Abstract:

the place of the important structure look like MILLAD tower in disaster managing of Tehran because of its television and telecommunication operation of this big project is important. Estimating done in MILAD project in the method of selecting the information of earthquake and transferring them to management center is one of the importance things that we point to that in this paper. It is manifest that each operation of structure in the time of disaster are concern with the ability of structure stability that will explain some about the structure problems.
