Abstract:

Designing the resoluteness of damaged zones in earthquake is consist of physical reconstruction and social helping that need to reminder the special points in the procedure that must be done after earthquake. The experience show that looking at the risk management in all civil engineering’s plan can decrease the expenses of propping and reconstruction . this means that in the parts before construction or in the structures in reconstruction part it need to have risk management. The aim of giving this paper is to knowing the properties of natural disasters and the place of reconstruction part in front of the disasters.
