Effect of the transferring systems in increasing the disaster management in the city

Abstract:

effect of transferring system in disaster management is important because of 2 reason. One reason is unsuitable effects of crisis on city transferring and the other effect of transferring net on decreasing the hazards of the crisis and give helping to damaged regions. Useful ling of the passed methods of traffic controlling and transferring in city management is not suitable in critical conditions that the reason of that is this that the net systems are not up to date and there are many time in the receive. Using the industrial development in the part of city transferring management created a new method of controlling and transferring in the cities with the name of ITS. Transferring systems have all developed traffic controlling systems that is consist of 3 parts : getting the information, edit the information, giving the results of edition. In this paper after explaining the configuration and elements of ITS method, effects of using these systems in disaster in the city regions are surveyed and necessary ways are gave for improving of this system.
