Abstract:

Since prevention of unexpected accidents is unavailable, it is of great importance to plan for decreasing the effects arising from accidents specially cutting down the injuries and financial damage, this can definitely be studied through a crisis management system.The article illustrates the experiences of East Japan Railways with regard to numerous occurances of earthquakes,it encounters by means of which as a suitable pattern, necessary measures be developed any railways accidents,heighten the readiness against probable accidents, improve the conditions and remove track problems in RAI at the earliest possible juncture.
