Abstract:

Natural disasters are the (damaging) accidents (e.g. flood, earthquake, and storm) that happen in a very short time and fives no time to the exposed people to have appropriate reaction. Iran is one that 10 top “ Disaster Areas” in the world and experiences lots of disasters every year. Reports issued by the Red Cross rank Iran 4th in the Asia, after China, India & Pakistan . Although Natural Disasters are not absolutely but by some, preventive actions we can reduce the damages they bring about.
