Abstract:

New looking at the operation of organization in natural disasters in passed years look like BAM earthquake and flood in GOLESTAN show our needing to the new methods and scheduled operation in preventing and decreasing the effects of disasters. It is light that in the country look like Iran using the preventing methods, informing from the others experience, organization and educated forces rapid operation of the organization is important. This paper explain the construction algorithm of GHOLESTAN state in the passed floods of 1383 that could solve the problems in the little time.
