Introducing the estimating system for KHARKHEH river’ flood

Abstract:

flood phenomenon in all over the world have many losses and this is in the countries that in the protecting of rivers have expanded developing. Every year the big and non controlling flood are coming and have many damages. Today the importance of flood management is increased and controlling the flood with managing of that are say more than the others. Flood awarding systems are one of the famous management index that are a big effect in controlling of flood from the way of applying the improving system. from the way that protecting of rivers with many kinds of soils and the other structural methods because of uneconomical expenses and environmental problems is not true in this way creating the awarding flood system is with the natural condition of the river can solve the problems. One of the aims of creating the awarding system of river is decreasing the damages of flood from the awarding the around people and defining the true time of getting results from the constructed dams. In the other hand many rivers are that in the effect of flood the way of them is change and in this way the structural operation will not answer and the best method in this rivers is creating the awarding system for decreasing the effects of flood. Primary aim of this system is doing the urgent helping and providing the information about the flood. Second aim of this system is providing the information for management of water recourses thus the information of flood awarding systems can use in daily desiring in choose the water resource. Primary aims of flood awarding systems are consists of: decreasing the damages to the people from the effects of flood, decreasing the problems in industry and human activities, that for reach to the above aims must do this operations: 1-improving and protecting of a effective communication system among the peoples, 2- general helping and interaction programming in front of estimating and awarding of sudden floods, 3- general education for giving interaction in front of sudden floods, 4- improving and bettering the SEYLABDASHT managing, 5-decreasing the interaction time after distributing the sudden award.
