Disaster Management Strategic-Structural Detailed Plan

Abstract:

One of the cases that are important in urban master plans is planning for decreasing the impact of natural calamity and doing preventioning acts. Nowadays, to become propounded arguments such as participation, decision making and protection from all over society skins as an example children and adults, space is opened for bringing natural calamity crisis management, in urban plans.Finally, this article proposed that a subjective detailed plan in the form of Strategic – Structural plans, must be prepared for cities that are exposed to danger. The specialty of this plans, is multilateral and diagnostic of authorities on the one hand, and flexibility on the other hand. In this plans, the authority of coordination is with municipality and governorship.
