Disaster management in railway

Abstract:

Using the GIS systems in disaster management is getting the effective decides base on true information in decreasing the damages and rapid control of disaster. We must consider a place in management of disaster for disasters. Thus surveying the passed disaster and application of the other systems for accessing to factors and elements in coming the disasters and finding the methods for preventing and preventing of effects of them is necessary. Disaster consists of condition that provide problems on the arrange of main system or some parts of that. Sudden attack is the first damage factor in disaster. Important deciding is one of necessary factors in disasters. Getting the true decides in disasters depend on classifying the factors that this part is necessary for time facts because of these governments and companies backed to the knowing the comparison methods with sudden changing with making use of the sudden systems and disaster management is a part of their strategic programs.
