A Study of Method and Role of Using Risk Management in Reconstruction Phase of Earthquake Damaged Areas

Abstract:

Recovery plans in earthquake damaged areas consist of Physical , Social and Sociological rehabilitation , which require observing special consideration in all processes after an earthquake. Experiments showed that observation natural risk management in all project and conditions, specially in reconstruction processes of earthquake damaged zone can have influence impact in reducing maintenance costs without reduction of project quality, will optimize it . Therefore it is necessary to consider risk of probable future earthquake in assessment processes before performance. The aim of presentation this article is an identification of basic characteristics of natural disasters, the situation of recovery process in cycle of crisis management , importance of risk management, methods of performing and investigation the result of consideration of natural disaster risk in recovery process.
