 Abstract:
One of the prayers told by the Imams which is repeatedly recited in the Holy month of Ramasan are " Oh God Endo the dead happiness"In the prayer there are deeper Social concepts and matters , that each one can be apart of "The Charter of Social Security of Islam " for mankind . this charter is an instraction for the people of the Society , individually , generally and Altimately for all the Societies of the world . This charter is the manifesto of Islamic outlook on human deads , manners and human rights and can be brought up and fallowed as a model of an international Philantropic behavier. Of course this prayer and the others are all inspired by subjects and concepts of the Holy Quran and the Holy Prophet's sayings and other Imams , can be useful for human being that usually incur loses (crises ), prepares the arounds for a Safe Community and thus moves towards a Social Security.
In fact the first parT of this prayer is a Review of the past uprooting the poverty from the Society , uprooting Hunger from the Society country , to settle the debts of the people of Society , Unburden sadness from the Society, Returning all the expatriates to their Hometown ,Freeing the captives and Wrongly inprisoned , Corrction all of the Corruption in Muslims" matter, Healsing of the sick and Substantial Richness of God a kind of Safe C ommunity (Social Security). In the article try to use The pattern of objective functions and limitations of Equivalences in Normal and critical areas can be related together Considering this difference that in normal Conditions the objective function will be at aMaximum while in critical condition the objective Function Will be at a minimum.
