Risk management in natural disaster

Abstract:

Natural disasters obligate the people to opinion of freedom and preventing of damages. Iran because of its location and based on its crowd and natural condition is among the countries that the matter of natural disasters must be surveyed accurately. In first part we have looking on the risk management?What is the risk?Risk is a happen that are not estimated. One of the importance methods of decreasing the hazards of risk and helping to society in taking the humans recourses in front of the natural disasters is assessment the risk and management of that. Primary part in risk management is is surveying and knowing the disaster as a strength instrument. In this way we need to use some instruments that are consists of: 1- researching people force 2- laboratory abilities 3- assessment and analysis of developing model 4- using the developed methods 5- using the disaster analysis soft wares All of the abilities and instruments near each other can give suitable knowing and assessment of disaster. Being the people force that is research in the disaster management is importance instruments of managing disaster. Being the laboratory and suitable abilities is necessary in this way.
