Earthquake and building safety

Abstract:

Earthquake subjects in special condition in iran has different parts. These are consist of: industry, society, political, economical, safety. In this paper we only explain the engineering part and management part and doing the engineering factors not knowledge part, that many of them are surveyed in newsletters. In fact the management part has little importance. In this condition maximum impact are entered to society because the best researching results and useful methods are being only in the doing the rules and the people will not know the importance of that and in this way the knowledge do not enter to society and opinion expanding that need for culture expanding will not done.
