An Integrated System for Aviation Search and Rescue In Natural Disaster

Abstract:

This article provides a recommended aviation search and rescue for a natural disaster status as an integrated system. The Views and strategies of the participants in process of aviation search and rescue is defined step by step from beginning of a disaster to the end, containing as follows: situation awareness and cautions , reports, steps of search and rescue mission, levels of search and rescue mission, Emergency Medical Service structure, finalize the mission, documentation, evaluating and reporting the results of the mission. The overall top level operation for the system is to provide a international civil aviation organization (ICAO) requirements that indicated in Annex 12 of ICAO regulations. The ICAO in Annex 12 mainly focuses on the two links in the integrated Natural Disaster including Management chain and standard search and rescue.
