A Model for Analyzing Complex Emergency Condition after Earthquake

Abstract:

Emergency condition is distance between usual and critical condition. Formation of emergency condition is a function of difference factors which natural disasters such as earthquake is the main appearance of these factors. Complex emergency condition is a kind of unusual conditions which have essential difference with usual emergency condition. Complex emergency condition occurs when at least one interference pattern between two factor take placed. Also interference patterns are part of all patterns but they are major factors in taking place of complex emergency condition (CEC) because of this problem, analyzing of emergency condition and CEC is a difference processes. Reorganization factors which formed CEC, essential difference between emergency condition and CEC, Transferring factor from emergency condition to CEC and mechanism for analyzing of CEC are main structure of this article. So in this research by considering a review of complex earthquake in search, rescue and relief operation, a practical model for analysis CEC recommended.
