Essential strategies for identification and analyzing potential risk from natural disaster in old urban zones

Abstract:

Risk of each disaster explains by two main specifications, which are probability and consequence of disaster. In general classification by considering two above mentioned specification two group of risk are introduced. First class of them is clear risks and second class of them is potential risks. But in many times potential risk is neglected in risk calculation processes. Old texture of urbane zone because of the essential specification such as space characteristic is a vulnerable collection in all part of the cities. The objectives of this research are first: presentation new strategies for identification potential risk in old texture zones of cities and Second: recommendation a method for analyzing potential risk in old part of the cities, so in this research by considering above condition, a structure introduces which illustrates arrangement of the processes for identifying and analyzing potential risk in old texture part of cities.
