Crisis Management In The Water Treatment Plants when The Unexpected Accidents Take Place

Abstract:

The management process in the emergency situation will normally occur in order to estimates the damages and the basic needs of people , the process contains the prevention , the visual and intellectual information in the crisis condition , the readiness for the return to the normal status and reviving it. The importance of any accident can be realized to define the rate of casualties , public and individual propertise, the contagious disease spread . The needed activaties done in emergency management of the water treatment plant are : to evaluate the information rapidly , to ready for planning the emergency programs , to collect the data , to define the domain of the members duties , to prepare the budget , to apply the technical aspects, to cooperative with another organizations, to choose the team members and define their duties , to be observed the crisis areas , to analyse the collect information , to choose the best application of the water supply resources , energy supply resources , to define the exat points and the sensitive and strategic equipments, to evaluate the important reatmont processes ( coagulation, bioflucculation, filteration, disinfect constructions, supply tanks, hydraulic constructions) are the emergency activaties in water treatment plants. It is necessary to supply the needed equipments for the special conditions . To renew the distroyed area is not completed by only reinstalling the new constructions , but it should be also developed all of them . Program planning , to make priority of activaties , the technical and economical controlling , the disaster effects evaluating considered as major activaties to revive the water treatment constructions .
