Controlling measures in track crisis conditions

Abstract:

In this research, we present the general meanings of controlling measures in the crisis conditions and we describle the process and role of it in functional indexes in management systems by analysis methodology and also recognition activities and duties in rail transportation industry assessment. Technical skills in safety conclude recognition, deleting and controlling the crisis conditions. One of the most complete recognition and controlling the incidents and scientific techniques and criteria in recognition and controlling the incidents and decreasing the risk of it. Some of these activities which are necessary are as follows: 1. Preparation the primary list of different crisis conditions 2. preparation the primary analysis of sub system conditions . 3. preparation the analysis of supportive and operational incidents 4. preparation the primary analysis of incidents 5. preparation the system analysis 6. Review the job health dangers 7. preparation the analysis of risk incidents in system and sub – system and prevention and controlling it the mistake operational ways can be hazard in operation process. In this research, we present the technical skills ways in network equipment and track safety management and also the role of maintenance personnel in recognition and controlling the crisis situations and inspection the key staffs in prevention of non – safe situations and also the proper ways for controlling the maintenance activities crisis. In this way, by using of samples which we present in this research and also by using of safety equipment, we can act better in confronting the incidents.
