The Algorithm for Assessing Capability of Crisis Management General Plan in Urban Zone By Using Step By Step Technique

Abstract:

All plans for managing in crisis condition usually neglect some of parameters which formed these situations. By selecting any approach in study, some of factors choose and many of parameters omit. Neglecting part of these qualitative parameters has an essential effect in inefficiency of plan. In this research by regarding specification of crisis (as a generator factor) and environment (as an acceptor factor), one algorithm is presented. This algorithm evaluates performance of Crisis Management General Plan. Technique for doing these processes is a step by step method and in each stage capability of factors is examined. If selected parameters are not adequate and sufficient, this algorithm presents a new manner for completing it. Result of this research provides an instrument for assessing and evaluating Crisis Management General Plan and this instrument can compare two Crisis Management General Plan in equal condition.
