Abstract:

Regarding to the increasing population and housing problem in many countries and also, the progress of civil engineering, there's a great tendency toward using lighter materials which are more resistant against natural disasters like earthquake and flood and also against leading consequences of them such as fire ;As a result it is possible to build Several secure and firm buildings in a little time. Because of this, it is considered to expand the use of composites instead of other raw materials and to increase the usage of light and materials and also retrievable materials along side of new procedures and novel producing equipments. So to Produce the suitable building panels, spread researches were done which leads great attention to wooden composites with mineral joint. One of their suitable applications is their lightness versus other building materials like concrete, brick and also their different kinds of insulations such as temperature, moisture, sound and biological insulation and their simple usability leads to increase the application of them. In this research, it was tried that by the use of the fibers of the pine wood, the composites are made and density, modulus of rupture (MOR),Ts Swelling are explored. Cement-wood are lighter and has lower Density than other raw materials used in building like concrete and wood [brick] And it specifies the importance of the replacement of these materials. The researches were done on these composites shows that MOR is satisfactory. Furthermore, the investigation of the resistance of these composites against fire shows that they have higher resistance than Massive wood and it means that the percent of their weight loosing because of fire is fewer and this leads to the formation of the fibers of wood by crystal joints of cement and the formation of more resistance in these composites and as a result the flame of fire can't receive to the fibers of wood and it prevents the composites to be burned.
