Preparedness Methodology of Encounter Drought Disaster

Abstract:

In this century, Natural Hazard and Disasters are one of the most common type of disasters in the world ad cause irreparable damages on socioenomic and Environmental parts. In every year many people loss of their lives because of destructive disasters occurrence. So, preparedness and present suitable decision could reduce probable damages and minimize detriments. Drought is the most damaging and repeatable of natural disaster and has more frequency and occurrence toward other natural disasters. This disaster is natural parts of every climate as appearances and develops very slowly and partly in long times. Therefore , it is very difficult to determine its time occurrence, develop and end. So, present managing methods in category of preparedness to encounter this disaster , could having important designation in optimize management and reduce losses and damages. And it could replace risk Management instead of Crisis management. In this paper we make effort to present a supplementary methods and suitable drafts to achieve this preparedness.
