A Methodology for Cities, Relief and Rescue Centers

Abstract:

One of the most principle problems in the big cities of developing countries is lace of knowledge of environmental variable and so lace of information about critical potentials in different zones. Thus, most of the investment which are made in Relief and Rescue section, commonly don’t about obtain a perfect outcome and the waste of wealth which is affected by lace of math between the plan and the environmental attributes, is one of the features of these cities. In this paper, considering Tehran and other big cities' undesirable status, all of them are extremely insecure against accidental even; using group decision making technique and operation research, we are trying to evaluate and analysis the status of Relief and Rescue centers. According to the methodology which is presenting, evaluation of each center is studied, based on a structured process in a comprehensive model, to evaluate Relief and Rescue centers in a selected city, So that after determining attributes which are connected to Relief and Rescue centers evaluation. The attribute which mentioned are evaluated and ranked. Using a decision matrix, Relief and Rescue centers, according to a special technique are ranked and finally are evaluated. In the end, by showing a practical example of theoretical subjects which are mentioned, a practical style of the methodology which is suggested is showed.
