Cultural making in Rescue and Relief education

Abstract:

Iran is one of the 10 th disaster-prone countries in the world because of its natural disasters. According to the United Nations statistics, Iran has the 4 th disastrous countries after China, India and Bangladesh in Asia. In spite of technology and science advancements, human being is vulnerable against disasters side effects as natural disasters such as flood, earthquake and storm and also man-made disasters as wars, explosions, accidents and etc. As we know, the most important cities are exposed to devastative disasters mainly earthquake. It is obvious that prevention is more necessary and valuable than rescue and relief after disaster. Thus, the most important thing is preparedness against disasters and saving our lives and others in the first early time of disasters. For this reason, it is important to learn safety points before disasters especially rescue and relief training (First Aids). Regarding to climatic situation, Iran is one the disaster-prone countries. It is important to increase people awareness about natural disasters with training and education. Before this, it should train cultural making by all administrator organizations. Since Red Cross Society is one of the administrator organizations. For getting a better result it is necessary to care correct education, to study methods and ways before any training. So, the aim of this paper is to study different ways and methods of cultural making in rescue and relief education in society. Regarding to the suggested topic, this paper is done base on the studies and field observation, survey statistics and numbers and the result of first aids education in different years. At the end, the result indicates that rescue and relief education is an important tool for facing disaster. The paper mentions some different methods to harmonize and coordinate all training and also the ways of cultural making for rescue and relief education in all society level. Finally it expected to achieve significant results by using these methods.
