Abstract:
In view of Iran quaking and damages and destructions due to quake, reports were presented in different areas of Iran. After occurrence of each strong earthquake which was caused disasters and catastrophes, measurements for resistance of building units were carried out in the exhausted textures of country. Carrying out the seminars, performing the scientific researches, making technical standards and directions as well as presenting resistant building methods and performance them were administrations that they were accomplished from several decades ago then occurrence of catastrophe earthquake in Gilan and Zanjan provinces. This operations have had speed then 1990 earthquake in Gilan and Zanjan that dangerous bell was for people and involved in building it was expected to be turn point in methods of country building and gradually ancient and no technical buildings were converted engineering and modern buildings. This article was presented applied policy of quaking resistant of building units have to exhausted textures with enforceable sample plans in order to this aim primarily situation of country buildings varieties in view of the damaged buildings were evaluated then field samplers from country different areas and with reliable of experiences and reports to have hands in country buildings were surveyed important problems and resistant building obstacles. Finally with difficulties etymology applied policies necessary was presented to put and end to obstacles.
