The place of Sepah places and installations optimization department at crisis management of Tehran earthquake

Abstract:

In attention of locating Iran on alp-Himalaya earthquake belt and existence of numerous fissures in Tehran earthquake bed and it’s environs, being this city in earthquake dangerous and being elements and buildings in high damages, and lack of necessary substructures for compulsion reaction in this city has caused that the risk rate be high. Prevention, preparedness, comparison, assistance and deliverance, physical frame restoration and spiritual-psychic of victims of earthquake is one of the most crisis management phase in a contiguous cycle. The main pillar of crisis management; is the prevention and preparedness phase which desirable guide and management of the operation will be deduced decreasing the risk rate. In this article; in the meanwhile abstract inspection on dangerous rate of Tehran earthquake (at earthquake dangerous rate, earthquake geotechnical risk, the rate of buildings damage and …), remembrance of importance and the role of Sepah Pasdaran of Islamic republic of Iran in unnatural events, and the importance and place of Sepah places and installations optimization department at crisis management of Tehran earthquake and main targets for making better the exiting shape of Sepah places and installations in different parts of crisis management containing : prevention (making strong buildings and restoration exiting buildings and making the quality, better – the most important operated actions, making better the exiting vital artery, making strong buildings of special messages buildings, welfare of military and residential Sepah exiting buildings), the operations while Tehran earthquake crisis, restoration of Sepah and governmental damaged buildings and installations after Tehran earthquake under management of Sepah places and installations optimization department and executive operations by Sepah executive units has been inspected.
