Design and Development Iran Rivers' Tranining Database

Abstract:

Iran River’s training system database is developed or organizing vast and scattered information related to rovers to rivers in Iran, which is the first attempt in this scale. This database is designed to fulfill and facilitate the requirement of managers, reseaeches , specialists and experts in the field of river and related issues. The developed database provides easy and fast access to the huge amount of organized information in the field of river training system from all around the world in any time . development of the database has two main phases: the first phase was designing the structure of the web based database with internet access utility in field of governmental organizations, laws and regulations, financial , human resource, education, project evaluation, specialized organizations such as consultant engineers, constructors, and scientific associating the required information and data entry. This database has more than 70,000 records and ready to be utilized. Using of this database with updated information helps and facilitates planning, decision making and managing processes in all related fields of river and prevents wasting of time and other resources.
