Abstract:

In this research bed topographic changes and scour hole extension around three spur dike model with space to length ration: 1.5,2,3,4 and angles 60,120 degree in condition sub critical flow and turbulence with movable bed was evaluated . the results indicated in every two angles, maximum and minimum scouring depth is related to upstream and middle spur dikes. With decreasing space to lenght ratio decreasing scouring depth around spur dikes. In the other hand Scouring Depth around spur dikes toward upstream (120 degree) is more than dikes toward downstream (60 degree) . and active scouring region basis on spur dike vertical length for spur dikes toward upstream is in ranfe 0
