Project Administration in Design and Building of the Tall and Deep Tunnels

Abstract:

Project administration in design and building of tall and deep tunnels is consist of: necessary process for safety of project agreement with anticipation necessity that is containing all administration activities that need for securing of politics and targets and responsible and practicable execution of them with using a qualitative programming and qualitative control and qualitative assessment in the qualitative system. As international standard of ISO 9001, process of design administration and building tunnels are consist of: project organization, compendium of agreement, design control, texts and patterns control, construction processes control, inspection and necessity tests, laboratory instruments and tools control, control and amendment of products, control of transporting and store of materials, qualitative control, instruction and statistics methods, that each of this process has branches, that this paper will described them. Different effective groups under the super of project administrator will work like: qualification manager and project control manager. Although, these managements do not have directly control on the other managers like: construction management, agreement management, design and control management, , but, they are powerful arms of project administration in control the programs, advanced of work, price control, probable changes control, texts and plans control. In the project like tall tunnels it is important to appointment the qualification system managing and control of the projects. They must be considered the design managing and providing necessity instruments, and the processes of buying, and process of accepting the projects. Buying the instruments and necessity materials may have internal or external factors. It must be considered, necessary of conformity of them with accepted points and the way of inspection and control of that before final delivery and important surety in agreement arrangement. It must be considered the pattern that must be educated to the personals that will work when the project is running. In construct of all section of projects it is important to use the unit systems for finding the final results and they must be comparable with the others. We will not be successful when we have not an accuracy agreement and when the control is weak, in this way we will get bad results. In this paper after introducing the project administration we will describe a report about the effect of project administration in design of one tunnel.
