Estimate of drill and blast rock tunnel advance , primary support shotcrete , wiremesh and bolting costs

Abstract:

Still don’t get suitable calculate and value costs of programe and budget organize for determine drill and blast rock tunnel and primary support and it is high differ between planning – budget organization costs and real value. For example on the base of B.O.Q of road, bund and runway, cost of drill and blast tunnel advance for one cubic meter in the hard rock 45,000 Rial. But on the base of real culculate this value is equal 240.000 Rial. So cost of one cubic meter shotcrete (thickness 5 centimeter) on the base of that refrence is 288.000 Rial but on the base of real time that is over 800.000 Rial. This high differ between costs create problems in the operative of civil activity. In this paper on the base of real calculate of activities projects (case study) results of cost analysis drill and blast tunnel advance for one cubic meter , one cubic meter of shotcrete , one square meter of wiremeshing and one meter of bolting showing. In this paper try attention to all parameter effective on the calculation until results more real.
