Making use of convergence tape in appointment of absolute shift in tunnels

Abstract:

Making use of convergence tape, in measuring of created deformation in tunnels is a usual way after excavation of them. In this method erect some nails in periphery of tunnel and measure distances among this points with precision of .01 mm in different time, then, could judicature about stability of tunnel, with making use the processes of deformation. Usually, in this kind of interpretation, it is not available, account of accuracy place of first points that they changed and only can provide the length change of measuring diagonals. This paper, explain 2 method that, with use of them could find, absolute shift profile in tunnels after excavation, with making use of convergence tape and surveying tools. In first method, determine the accuracy place of points with use of the tape and surveying level and geometric tracing. In second method we can do this, with using of tape and surveying tools and mathematic equations. In part 2 of this paper, bring, the passed equation that was corrected with sakuari.1981 in the condition that, errors, available in this paper corrected in this part.
