Abstract:

Constructing the tunnels in the cities with high land-use intensity has problems. One of the important in this field is consist of effect of excavation on foundation in structures. Tunnel is a different structure with the different stress field and yielding and for estimating the monitoring and effect of it‘s excavation on structures we need to using numerical analysis with the suitable monitoring models. The paper shows the numerical analysis for surveying the effect of excavation the tunnel on the deep foundation. The soil kind is granular with medium density. They use 2 monitoring model that are consist of: 1) elastic modeling (Mohr- KOLOMB 2) elastic modeling with sinematic stiffness(cjs3) that parameter of each are estimated for main soil. For similar of excavation they use FLAC software. The results show that effect of tunnel excavation is important because of it’s effect on differences in axial forces and the amount of the flexural moment in prop. Comparing the results show that there are differences between the results that in the loading failure, and it is better using the stiffness method in CJS3modelling.
