Abstract:

One of the most problems of KOOHRANG tunnel that pass from ZARAB and SORKH DOOSH altitudes and is one of the dept tunnels is it’s contact with basement water, that has many problems when tunnel excavated and choose a maximum pressure on the tunnel. Amount of water rate to surface of tunnel is consists of minimum 60 meter and maximum 520 meter of water column. After structure group study, concrete lining that need for this tunnel can tolerate assistant amount of water column. Water column in that amount will be 520 meter of water column more that able of tunnel covering. In this study with making use the opinion of SCHLEISS, 1997, they account the loss of passage the water inside the joint and rock mass’ crack and grouting zone, and in 4 parts that are consist of: after and before of consolidation grouting and after before of cracking the concrete lining in critical shape (when the pressure inside the tunnel is zero) pressure that arrive to behind of concrete lining are designed.
