Abstract:

Phenomenon of hydraulic jacking is one of the problems in under pressure tunnels with little scoria. This phenomenon is create because of seepage the water with high pressure inside the joint or crack or seepage of rock mass, that have a little scoria and create many displacement in rock mass or are the reason of breaking the rock masses. The paper survey the problem and inspect this phenomenon in KOOHRANG tunnel and survey the ways for contacting with that. KOHHRANG tunnel with it’s under pressure flow have a water column with the dept of 35 meter in first and in the end of tunnel with the dept of 53 meter. In the end part of tunnel because of little scoria that are limestone or alluvium there will be the chance of hydraulic jacking. In this paper this phenomenon with been or not of lining are surveyed.
